I have been impressed by the knowledge and skills of its leadership and the level of detail involved in the training of their interviewers and systems for collecting data. In several of our projects, ARN was asked to communicate with an older population, many of whom have multiple chronic conditions and disabilities requiring skill in obtaining the information needed.
